What are the permissions for:
- BLUETOOTH and BLUETOOTH_ADMIN are used by the Myo if you connect one.
- INTERNET is used for crash reports, ads and the Myo
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE is used to save and access training data that is shared between multiple apps that support the Myo.
- BILLING for IAP to remove ads
