With the ALERT-Werkbon app, or the digital work voucher, maintenance companies and housing associations can efficiently plan, implement and invoice maintenance work via the tablet.
The ALERT-Werkbon app is integrated with Alert, the ERP system from Centric. Assignments from the ERP package are immediately visible on the tablet of the maintenance employee on location. New emergency reports are signaled by an extra notification. From the task list, the maintenance employee can refuse or process an assignment.
During the execution of the assignment, the system automatically registers the time spent on it and the material used. Photos taken with the tablet are automatically linked to the assignment in the ERP system. If necessary, follow -up assignments for own employees or subcontractors can also be recorded. When completing, the resident can place a signature and even give an assessment figure for satisfaction with the work performed.
