This app is designed as a rapid resource for any clinicians who diagnose or treat patients with hypertension. It is not a substitute for obtaining advice from a medical expert. The app will display all of the CHEP 2015 recommendations, organized into categories with associated summary tables. There is also a section summarizing considerations for the individualization of therapy for patients with specific chronic diseases.
