To get the Candy Cane Rod in Roblox Fisch, you have to travel to the Winter Village island, which requires you to have the Snow Globe. You will get this item for free while you log in to the game. Activate it by equipping your taskbar to teleport yourself to the Winter Village Island.
In Winter Village Island, you can purchase the Candy Cane rod inside the Santa's Workshop . You can find the Santa's Workshop right near the Santa's Quest on the left side of the Village. If you don't know how it looks, refer to the above image for a pictorial reference of the building.
Go inside the Workshop, and you will find the Candy Cane rod on the table. Pay 1500 C$ , and you will get the rod for yourself!
