HRa Mobile
HRa Mobile allows employees of HR Access customers to access, consult and manage certain HR processes and personal data elements quickly and securely.
HRa Mobile covers the following HR processes (*):
Collaborator:
- Request for leave
- Standard days
- Consultation of the presence schedule of his colleagues
- History of absences
- Essential elements of salary slips
- My personal information in consultation
Manager:
- Management of leave requests
- team planning
- Sales of all my employees
- Consultation of the mini-dossiers of my employees
Safety characteristics
- Insertion of a connection URL (provided by the employer) at the launch of the application
- Compulsory entry of an identifier and a password, with data encryption after three entry errors
- Automatic suspension after an inactivity period
Demo mode:
A static "demo" mode is available. It allows you to explore the functionality of the application for demonstration purposes without being connected to your personal data.
It is therefore possible for you to use it by connecting to it, without required URL, with any identifier/password.
For Moroccan demo mode, you have to use an identifier with "_ma" at the end.
