To overcome that, you can play different game modes and try your luck. The best game mode for this is Investigation , where you will have tons of enemies with golden aura spawning, which increases your chances of getting the Snake Talismans.
To use the Snake Talismans, you have to head over to the Black Market located in the game's lobby. There will be a guy standing on the left side of the lobby as you go forward from the main house. Talk to him, and he will show you all the available items you can purchase with Snake Talismans.
