Dodging and Evading attacks : Almost every boss in Jujutsu Infinite recommends you dodge and evade their attacks. So, whenever you see a boss like Soul Curse or Finger Bearer spewing their attacks at you, dodge at the first instance.
Finding an Opening : While dodging is one-half, finding an opening is the actual game. Every boss in Jujutsu Infinite will provide a small gap where you can dish out every one of your attacks. It's critical to understand this opening to finish the boss quickly instead of the other way around.
