The game enables the "in app Purchase" - buying things for the game for "real" money. If you do not want to use the aforementioned option, you have to deactivate it on your device.
The star hotel is the only "in app" game in which there is a purchase limit. We did that because the game was mainly developed for children and we wanted to take this into account.
