Puebla Ciudad Digital is an application of the City of Puebla Capital so that the people can make reports in real time and directly from the street to the citizen care system of the commune.
Our City Council proposes this service as a result of the natural evolution of the electronic or digital government towards what we call Sgov or “Government of Services” where the center is the citizen, where the municipalities listen and respond in real time in a framework of network collaboration. This allows us to significantly reduce the time and quantity of the claims, as well as improve their quality.
