We hear
Highlights:
- Call, send e-mail or SMS directly from the application to your colleagues. All colleagues gathered on the phone with the status of availability and all information such as department, title, number and email.
- A push of a button from informing us that you are not available - we handle your calls as desired.
Reference:
Here you will notify our telephones and your colleagues your status will apply from the moment and at the time of selected. For example, it may be "lunch 1 hour" or "meeting 3 hours" and you can easily set what cause and end time should be your standard. You enable and disable through the push of a button.
My colleagues:
Here you see all your colleagues, any cause of referral and which department they belong to. In the search field you can search by name, department, title and all keywords stored with us.
When you click on colleague you see:
- the reference with all the information
- Address, Title, Department, Phone Number and Email
- keywords on the person
- picture of the colleague
- the calendar so you can see future causes
From here you can call, e-mail and sms directly to the colleague-with this app you have the entire company on your phone and always updated information.
Settings:
In this view you choose how you want to sort your colleagues, by first or last name.
Login details:
Username is normally your e-mail address and if you do not have access to your password, click "Forgot Password" and you will receive the password for your meil address that is registered with Responda.
