Choose your delivery method: at home, on your site or back in agency 1 hour after the ordering of your order (Express Proshop withdrawal service)
• Monitoring of current orders
Access from the SIDER MOBILE application to monitor your orders, from its entry to our offices until delivery ** at home.
Access to this application is exclusively reserved for professional customers and SIDER communities, with an active web account.
• FUNCTIONS:
- Enter a product code or scan a locker label* SIDER
- See the characteristics of a product (description, photo, technical diagram, dimensions, etc.)
- Consult the availability of a product on our agencies and the logistics platform
- Add favorite products to the mobileman
- Validate the order
- Choose your delivery method: on site or with express withdrawal
