Mobile Claims allows users to submit health claims directly from mobile device.
Symbility Health Mobile Claims allows users to submit health claims directly from their mobile device. Users capture an image of their proof of purchase (health receipts) using the camera on their mobile device.
Users can submit multiple procedures on a single receipt. The app provides access to coverage and dependent information, as well as direct deposit settings.
Members will be able to view recent claims history and an explanation of benefit statements, as well as remaining benefit balances for commonly claimed items. In addition, virtual electronic drug and dental identification cards are also available through the Symbility Health Mobile Claims app.
Symbility Health Mobile Claims features sophisticated auditing and adjudication rules to mitigate the risk of fraudulent submissions.
