A basic two-player Tic Tac Toe app.
Growing up, I remember road trips to visit family or go on vacations. My little brother and I would sit in the back of a car for what I can only assume was an eternity. During those many long decades of travel, my brother and I would find ways to entertain ourselves. We'd play Tic-Tac-Toe or other games for hours. This is a recreation of that simplistic experience.
