Bolu cake is one of the traditional Indonesian cakes with a western touch that is classified as the most popular and many creations. Welcoming the Christmas and New Year who live in a few days, Bolu Kukus Pelangi can be used as one of the alternative treats to relatives and guests who come or just to enliven the atmosphere.
MATERIAL :
200 gr flour
150 grams of sugar
500 cc thick coconut milk
4 chicken eggs
1/2 tsp Emulsifier cake
2 pandanus leaves
Red, yellow and green food coloring
HOW TO MAKE :
1. Heat the coconut milk with low heat until it boils and is slightly out of oil, up to 200 cc.
2. Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifier cake until soft. Add flour, then stir well. Add with thick coconut milk and stir again.
3. Divide the dough into 3, each dough adds yellow, red and green food coloring, stir well.
4. Prepare a round baking sheet of 16 cm in diameter, chaos with baking paper.
5. Pour a spoonful of red, yellow, and green mixture alternately to the baking sheet.
6. Heat the steamer pan, steam until cooked, remove from heat and chill.
7. Cut according to taste, serve.
